The initial evaluation and ongoing assessment form an integral part of my approach to treating the whole body, not just a complaint in isolation. This service is fundamental to ensuring my patients’ long-term health and wellness.

I hear your story and take a detailed history. To that end, I create an individualized treatment plan including Continued Care aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together.

I am a qualified and experienced healthcare professional who has been helping patients in the USA and Germany with their health and wellness since 2000. My athletic career in open-water swimming, competitive cycling, triathlons, and coaching has guided and molded my professional growth and practice as a Board Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist. I have worked with the American Armed Forces Community at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Heidelberg Health Clinic, and Stuttgart Health Clinic since 2000.
My distinct background in manual therapy, pain science education, functional restoration, sports rehabilitation, and orthopedic post-surgical and injury recovery offers many treatment options to help you regain your ability to participate in the activities that you enjoy. I use scientifically validated, evidence-based care to address my patients' health concerns.

What to Wear? Physical therapy is about movement. Please wear loose comfortable clothing that will allow freedom of movement.
In order to keep waiting times to a minimum, we work with an appointment system. This means that we reserve the arranged appointment solely for you.
